We can provide system planning assistance to our partners to make certain their office technology systems function at optimal capacity and cost.
Using our computerised customer records system we provide complimentary information to our customers about their equipment stock’s current technical condition and make recommendations for possible replacements, any structural changes necessary to ensure that our partners’ equipment
fleet always operates at the most optimal cost.
We provide free software updates for the devices we distribute. We publish new drivers on our website for download on an ongoing basis, or we can send these to customers on a disc. For our partners who have a service support contract with us, we provide programme installation tasks free of charge.
